Refund/Cancellation Policy

All personalized items are made to order. Turn around time is up to 3 weeks, not including weekends, extended during holiday season. Handmade items are made as close to perfect as possible however small imperfections may be noted. No refunds or exchanges accepted on personalized items unless defective. Care instructions included with every item. Once item has shipped time to customer is out of my control. Please inspect item as soon as it is received and contact me with any issues. Ready to sell items ship within 3 days, unless shop is on vacation. Thank you!

Local Pickup Policy

There is a designated box for local pickups located on back deck. Orders will be placed inside and clearly labeled. Customers will be notified when orders are ready. To prevent issues with epoxy, please pick them up in a timely manner or notify me if you're not able to. Failure to do so within 48 hours will result in a refund. Thank you!
